What we collect, why, and how long we keep it — in plain language.

What we collect
Contact information you give us (name, business name, email), payment information handled entirely by Stripe (we never see your card number), and the business records you provide during an engagement.
How it's used
To deliver the engagement you purchased — and for nothing else. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or marketing-profile analytics. We use limited first-party, cookieless site analytics (Vercel Analytics) to measure page views and conversion events.
Subprocessors
Eight services process information on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, site analytics and AI Gateway), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Apollo (sales outreach email), OpenAI (model API for our internal sales tools), Microsoft Azure (model API for our internal sales tools), and Amazon Bedrock (model API for our internal sales tools).
Retention
Engagement data is retained 90 days after delivery, then deleted — earlier on request, and longer only while Evidence Monitor is active for your business. Contact and payment records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping and legal obligations.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. Your customer records are not used to train models, and they do not improve recommendations for other customers except under explicit written consent.
Your requests
To export your records, ask for deletion, or ask anything about this policy, email DMT@LucidDataMind.com. Requests are answered by the founder, not a queue.
Contact form
When you use the form at /contact, we collect your name, email, company (if you give it) and your message, plus the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link. We use them only to reply to you. Messages are emailed to us through Resend and stored in our database, hosted by Neon. To have your message deleted, email dmt@luciddatamind.com. To limit repeat sending, the server keeps your IP address and the times of the requests it counts in its memory, never on disk or in our database; times older than an hour stop counting, and these entries are dropped when that server instance shuts down or, at the next request, once it is tracking more than 5,000 entries.
