The Evidence Standard
Seven commitments that apply to every recommendation we deliver.
01
Every number has a source.
Each figure traces to a specific record in your data or to a named assumption — never to an unstated estimate.
02
Calculations are shown, step by step.
You can follow the arithmetic from raw input to final figure and check it yourself.
03
Assumptions are labeled as assumptions.
When a recommendation rests on something we assumed rather than observed, it is marked as such where you can see it.
04
Uncertainty is stated, not hidden.
When the data can only support a range or can't support a dollar figure at all, the recommendation says exactly that.
05
Correlation is never presented as causation.
If two things move together in your records, we say they move together — not that one caused the other.
06
Recommendations are tracked through to outcomes.
Every recommendation carries a measurement plan, and results are reviewed against it — including the ones that didn't work.
07
Execution requires your approval.
LucidAgentMind recommends; you decide. Nothing executes without your approval.
We would rather tell you a number can’t be supported than invent one.
